I first saw the dash before the 29 as a minus sign and thought, "Yeah, that sounds about right for a lovely day in Canuckistan."
M.E. I believe your conversion is perfect.Sherwood - I've experienced -29c. More than once. It didn't feel like this :)
Yeah, me too. (The -20s are where C and F start being similar.) Didn't LOOK much like that, either.
