FPTP is not working. Time to let kittehs decide election rules.



As we head Monday into our third federal election in five years, this video from the UK (where they're about to have a referendum on Alternative Voting) is fodder for thought in Catnada.

    Referendum Cat is briefly labeled "metaphor" in this. Here in California, unfortunately, he is anything BUT metaphorical.
