Pretty. Green. Rainy. Mmmmm...
Yes, it was all those things. A simply beautiful town, even in the rain. It's the heart of NB's agricultural industry. I love it when work sends me up there.
It's also the world headquarters of McCain's, the frozen food empire. The inventors of the frozen french fry. The fries you eat at McDonald's - all across the US and Canada - mostly come from here.
I hope the next time I'm there to get a shot of "Potato World", the potato museum. Yes, you read right.
