Merci beaucoup to CBC Radio show "C'est la vie", which turned me on today to this Louisiana Cajun band stumping for Barack Obama with the battle cry "Oui, on peut!" (Yes, we can! Sí, se puede! ) Very cool to hear Senator O's call for change in my langue seconde.

As a proud Acadian, I love this post more than you know. My family was one of the first to be "kicked out" of Acadia, but settled back in years latter. We are proud of the heritage, and love the music and the food of course.
