Need a little Christmas

This is the gingerbread house on display at The Happy Baker, a European bakery and deli in downtown Fredericton. Even the display's base is a gingerbread sheet. You can get a sense of the size of it from the fruitcakes on the table behind it.
I'm particularly partial to the moose, bottom left.

O my, that looks both absolutely scrumptious, and too beautiful to eat! Great photo - was this taken with the blackberry thingy? You got such a good angle, for showing a lot of detail in a single shot!

Dave - you're right. Moose is absolutely yummy, and I miss having it since I left Newfoundland. (They have moose here, but I don't know any hunters.)

NFTP - Yeah, I took it with the Blackberry. It's one of the better shots the thing's turned out.

XE - they're not raffling it as far as I can tell - it's just for decoration. (Of course they're selling lots of smaller gingerbread cookies and houses.) I agree with NFTP - it looks too beautiful to eat - but it also looks too yummy to waste!
