Oh, and I forgot to mention...
...the plane from Fredericton to Halifax, on the way to St. John's? It was a Dash-8.
No fancy-dancy soundproofing, like the Dash-8400; but the Dash-8100 gave us a very nice flight.

The Dash...she be loud!
She be! However, I do quite like the way shortly after starting up and making a noise a bit like a wrench in a blender, the engine noise morphs into a kind of deep "thrum...thrum..." rhythm that is really nice to go to sleep to.
