this is another of those obscure music things, right??
ME, the references on the shirt all relate to the career and life of musician Eric Clapton (whose nickname is "Slowhand", and who has been in a number of remarkable bands mentioned on the shirt). It's remarkably mangled, and yet remarkably accurate. One of the most interesting examples of "Engrish" I've ever seen.
(That's got to be some kind of record for the use of the word "remarkable" and its variants in a blog comment.)
