hearing/loss
A journal of a "post-lingual acquired hearing loss in adulthood", or how I went deaf - and got a cochlear implant - at 39.

what a cool "flyer" for summer theater!! King Lear announced in chalk on the sidewalk!
I was kind of hoping to find that the theatre company's name was "Bard in the Barrack" and that this was THEIR production of King Lear.
Googled it. No such luck.
Now I'll have to come up there with a small glass of water and a bandana.
*sigh*
M.E.: It is cool, isn't it? I went to their "As You Like It" at the Barracks a couple of summers ago. Maybe I should take in King Lear. It's one of my favourites.
Mike: It gets worse. They recommend "sturdy walking shoes".
