Mojo the Great

For the benefit of Mojo's fans, a video.

He's acting sprightly for a sick kitty. He's having some problems (he needs to be fed very small meals repeatedly throughout the day and is having weekly sub-q fluid injections). But you'd hardly know it from his overall demeanour.

He's also blogged about it himself. He's coming back to blogging after the loss of his sister and getting sick himself. Slowly. As is his human staff.*

*Husband pointed out that my clumsily-written final paragraph makes it sound as if his human staff is slowly getting sick. I meant that his human staff is also "[slowly] coming back to blogging" after the loss of his sister and coping with Mojo getting sick himself.

He is, as you have presented him in different voices, a remarkable companion. You are both very lucky critters, you know that?

I *just* came upstairs from our nightly cardiovascular workout with Scooter, which is quite similar to Mojo's game here, and watched your video. I love the way they feign disinterest in order to get hooman player to toss the object the way they want it tossed. At least, I guess that's what Mojo is doing! Scooter is quite clear about how he is tired of Floor Ball, and we are to shift to Chair Ball, or some such - or he's outta here...

It's so good to see Mojo looking in such fine form!

I haven't seen Mojo in action (video) for quite a while. He still has plenty of the old spark left. LOVE the rug!!!

My cat Rose is perfectly healthy and hasn't shown that much spunk in five years. We keep reminding her that she once leaped six feet straight up and snatched a housefly out of the air but she just glares at us, content to rest on her laurels and memories of past glories.

Thanks for all the good wishes and nice words.

Sherwood, we DO know that!

Ruth, that is one of the funniest things about playing with him. "It's dead to me. Throw it again and I'll consider chasing it."

M.E., Mom O hooked that rug for Husband when he was a student. It's been around a *long* time. Mojo likes to run from the dining room and hit it so that it skids.

Brian, I think Rose and Veronica would've gotten on very well, indeed. Even though Veronica never grew any laurels to rest on.
